1.1 We accept refunds and exchanges for non-customized or non-personalized items withinĀ 5 days of the purchase date. Customized or personalized items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged.

1.2 To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Any signs of use, wear, or damage may result in the denial of your refund or exchange request.

2. Defective or Damaged Items:

2.1 If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within [5] days of receipt. We may request photographic evidence or a detailed description of the defect or damage to assess the situation.
